“From the very start, the guys at ‘The Party Balloon Shop’ were simply amazing! They were friendly, helpful and made the planning of my wife’s surprise 40th Birthday seamless. I’d originally planned to use some bog-standard balloons from ‘Wish’, & blow them up myself; I’m so glad I didn’t! These guys willingly went the extra mile to deliver 1st class, professional, centre pieces for our party, and the feedback from guest was phenomenal. They were also able to advise on other party solutions, and put me in touch with an extremely talented, birthday cake maker. The service far exceeded my expectations and were cost effective too! I’ll definitely be using them again! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!🎈👌🏻

“Enquired about some balloons for my 50th birthday party but didn’t really know what I wanted. Danni was very helpful and offered several ideas . I didn’t really know what to expect when I collected them (my choice to do so as delivery is available). The colours were lovely and I was pleasantly surprised. 

Great customer service received by both Danni and the lady I saw on collection. Would highly recommend and will definitely use this service again in the future if needed. I also received a follow up message to ensure I was happy 😊.

“ Just had a party this afternoon. And hands down this is the best party option in Grantham and the most organised kids party we have ever been too. Even though it was a frozen theme the boys were treated like royalty too, the games were engaging and fun. The best part was the food. Great healthy food that even the most fussy child could enjoy. I would recommend and we will go back again and again."
